Until now, customers’ engagement with brands has been lacking. Why? Because the main problem with traditional feedback is that it`s just that, feedback—opinions based on past experiences and expressions of current states of mind. The second problem is that you don`t actually get much feedback at all, and the feedback you do get comes from two extremes: either very good or incredibly bad. There are simply too many variables and opinions rising from whatever happened and they might not have anything to do with the event itself. The third problem is that traditional feedback is very general. This means that traditionally, at a large event like Finland’s Ruisrock ,the feedback won’t tell you which part of the event created the best experiences and which did not. Akelius needs managers and specialists with more up to
date specialized knowledge than what universities offer. Learn how their extensive databases are used for research in Akelius Business school.

Changes overall hurts. Change of BI system, especially from static reports to dynamic visualizations, hurts even more. This break-out session encompasses the experience of implementing Qlik Sense Enterprise at Praktikertjänst, handling legacy IT systems, a parallel journey of Digitalization, Microsoftification and Cloudification as well as a mainly data-illiterate user group.
