Lee will discuss the catalyst that created the need for a CDO at Nationwide, how he built the data strategy from raw data to digital transformation and how his team is working towards a ‘Fit to Fly’ data enabled culture within Nationwide. Lee will also talk about the responsibilities of a CDO, what he has learnt during his time at Nationwide and how his job has evolved. This presentation will contain many tips for current and future CDOs.

Lee will be accompanied by his Director of Business Intelligence, Paul French, who will give a brief overview on how the ‘Fit to Fly’ strategy is being practically enabled.
