Best Practice and Qlik Project Management (QPM) Methodology

With this presentation we will show you how Qlik's project approach will:

  • Increase ROI: Flexible and prioritised approach, to ensure value from deployment as quickly as possible
  • Align with the needs of the business and maximise the chance of project success: via use of best practice, QPM methodology and Qlik's Project Management skills; aligning theory with best practice and governance
  • Reduce Risk: All projects will face risks and issues and so managing, responding and communicating about risk management is a core part of QPM to enable proper management and mitigation; to keep the project on track.
